Half-canvas construction

The half-canvas technique originated in Europe in the 1990s and is commonly seen in high-end bespoke suits. It employs hand-woven horsehair canvas and intricate craftsmanship to meticulously tailor the chest, lapel, and collar. Throughout the process, it undergoes three shaping stages, ensuring that the chest area is more three-dimensional, full, and conforms to the contours of the human body.

From a pool of 1,800 patterns, we carefully selected, repeatedly revised, and fine-tuned until we achieved three suit tailoring

patterns that are highly inclusive and capable of providing a perfect fit for diverse body types.
